LEGAL BASIS FOR DATA PROCESSING

The personal data processing can only perform under the following conditions, provided for LGPD:

A. By consent from the holder for a specific purpose;

 

B. For the fulfillment of a legal or regulatory obligation by the controller;

C. (c) By public administration, for the processing and shared use of data necessary for the execution of public policies provided for in-laws and regulations or supported by contracts, agreements, or similar instruments;

D. For perform studies by research, guaranteeing whenever is possible, the anonymization of personal data;

E. When necessary for a contract performance, which the data holder is a party or for any pre-contractual action performance requested by the data holder;

F. For the regular exercise of rights in judicial, administrative, or arbitration proceedings;

G. For the life protection or physical safety of the holder or third parties;

H. For the health protection, exclusively in a procedure performed by health professionals, health services, or health authority;

I. for credit protection;

 

J.It must ensure that one of the justifications above is present throughout the processing. If this is no longer the case because, for example, has been revoked an agreement, then the further processing of these data will be considered illegal and, therefore, should be avoided.
