Due to Covid-19 restrictions, the company sought alternatives to maintain the schedule without presenting any risk to people and reaching all employees. This year's theme was "Stop, Think and Act" in order to alert the importance of planning in the execution of any type of work procedure, from the simplest to the most complex, segmenting actions in all departments of the company. In addition to the delivery of t-shirts and gifts, participants also had a draw at the end of the event.
