Sendi is building a new hospital complex in the city of Bauru, located on the south side, close to one of the city's most developed regions. Adding up the construction and equipping of the hospital, an investment of around 70 million reais is estimated. A total area of 20 thousand m², 6 floors, including 2 basements, ground floor and 3 more floors above; and the elements that make up the structure are composed of deep foundations, columns over 36 meters high, reinforced and prestressed beams, hollow core slabs, solid slabs, retaining panels, architectural closing panels, stairs and prestressed purlins. All this in a modern architectural project that challenges the current standards of prefabricated structure.
This project will become a reference for new precast structures in the future. With the opening scheduled for the second half of 2021, the One Care Network will be complete with a modern Hospital Complex with 120 beds divided into Adult and Child Emergency Care, Adult and Child ICUs, Clinical, Surgical, Pediatric and Obstetric Infirmaries, in addition to a technological park in Radiology and Diagnostic Imaging, Clinical Analysis Laboratory with its own processing of exams, Hemodialysis and Hemodynamics Services, with more than 35 medical care offices in different specialties.
With this project, Sendi Pré-Fabricados consolidates itself more and more in the market in which it operates, working in projects in various sectors such as supermarkets, industries, logistics warehouses, schools, commercial and residential works of the most varied types and sizes, always meeting the specifics of each customer.
